Swedish House Mafia announce biggest UK gig . On Sunday 30th May, house legends the Swedish House Mafia will play the most awe-inspiring venue of their live 2010 tour, at the spectacular Magna Science & Adventure Centre in Rotherham, making it their first northern date of 2010.  The Swedish trio – aka Axwell, Sebastian Ingrosso, and Steve Angello – will perform their impressive live show to a 3,500 capacity crowd in Magna’s Concert Arena, held together with unrivalled production to compliment this mesmerising show.  Magna was once the largest steel mill in Europe making it unlike no other live music venue in the UK. Its cathedral like structure retains all its original features including elevated walkways, soaring ceilings, giant cranes, and huge argons once used to hold liquid steel. It’s a monumental setting for what is set to be the most epic date of the tour: think sci-fi cult classic Blade Runner!    The Magna Live events team will transform the building’s complete 4,500 capacity space into an aesthetically amazing night to remember with help from illustrious local legends Kissdafunk, HABIT, and Candypants. Each a huge success in its own right, hosting weekly and monthly parties around the globe, Kissdafunk vs. HABIT will take over Magna’s Face Of Steel in a metallic, industrial setting, whilst Candypants will host a bedecked, exclusive VIP area.   In the past, Magna has showcased numerous live music events from brands and acts including Gatecrasher, the Kaiser Chiefs, Arctic Monkeys, Sugababes, and the Auto Festival where Pulp played their last ever gig.   This is one of only a handful of chances to see all three of the Swedish House Mafia in the north of England this year. Combine this with the sheer magnitude and uniqueness of Magna – you’ve got a destination night out definitely not to be missed.    Get your £17.50 early-bird tickets NOW www.magnalive.com  Magna, Sheffield Road, Rotherham, S60 1DX | Bank Holiday Sunday 30th May | 10pm-5am | www.magnalive.com
