Brandy And Ray J Team Up With Parents For “A Family Business” Album.   After a whirlwind season of “Dancing with the Stars,” Brandy is back in the recording studio with some unlikely collaborators: her parents Willie and Sonja Norwood. The Norwoods, along with Ray J, are releasing a companion album to their hit VH1 reality show, “Brandy & Ray J: A Family Business.” The lead single, “Talk to Me,” is the first time the entire family has performed together. The single, a ballad produced by Scott “Shavoni” Parker and co-written by Tommy Niblack, has already been released to iTunes, Amazon, and other digital outlets. It’ll also be released to radio stations next week. “Talk to Me” is premiering along with the premiere of the second season of “Brandy & Ray J: A Family Business,” which follows the talented family as they face the music in and out of the studio, working on high profile projects and on their own drama. The second season of “Brandy & Ray J: A Family Business” debuts Sunday, December 5th at 11pm ET/PT, 10 CT on VH1. The “Brandy & Ray J: A Family Business” album will be released in 2011. Brandy and Ray J have previously collaborated on album tracks like “War Is Over” and “Another Day In Paradise.” Willie Norwood and Ray J first collaborated on the track “Apocalypse Soul” from last year’s “For the Love of Ray J” soundtrack.

Club Demands Kardashian Sisters To Return $25,000 Fee.   The Kardashian sisters are being asked to return their fee for staying less than the required hours at a club. Kim, Khloe and Kourtney were at Pacha in New York for the launch of their new prepaid MasterCard on Tuesday night, but club bosses are demanding that they return their $25,000 fee. According to Page Six, the club paid MasterCard for the reality show trio to grace its red carpet for three hours as per their contract, but they “stayed for just 45 minutes then left.” The furious organizers called them and demanded that they come back. And when the sisters came back, they only stayed for another hour. A Pacha rep told the trade, “We are extremely disappointed. They did not fill out their contractual obligations to be there for three hours. We also paid Khloe’s travel fees. We would like a refund.” The debit card, which bears the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” stars’ facs, costs members $99.95 a year, which could earn the girls millions if their fans sign up. Their rep told Page Six, “The girls did all the press and meet-and-greets they were obligated to do. There was a miscommunication between the club and MasterCard that was not relayed to us, and so we went back.”

MTV Cancels Reality Show “The City”.   It looks like Whitney Port is out of a job. The former “The Hills” reality star who made waves with her spin-off in “The City,” has been canceled by MTV. A spokesperson for the Music channel says: “’The City’ will not be returning to MTV for season three.” “Whitney has been a part of our family for many years and we wish her and the cast the best, and hope to collaborate with them again.” The announcement doesn’t come as a surprise for Port, as she herself hinted that the show would end during an interview with Ryan Seacrest on his radio show. “As of right now it doesn’t really look like we’re doing it anymore,” she said. “The City” followed Port as she moved from the west coast to New York City in pursuit of a fashion career while in the big city. This doesn’t look like it’s the end of Port’s career in the fashion world, though. She told Seacrest, “It’s OK – one door closes and another opens,” adding that she has several new projects lined up for the future as well
