CBS analyst David Feherty joins The Golf Channel

Sports, Golf  man David Feherty is one of the most entertaining golf commentators in the world.

The CBS announcer will get an expanded presence in golf as he has signed a multi-year deal to join The Golf Channel.

Feherty will work for both companies, much the way lead analyst Nick Faldo does.

Faldo is the anchor for CBS and has added a large presence on the Golf Channel, which Feherty will look to mimic.

In addition to coverage of live events on the Golf Channel, Feherty may host his own show.

The Golf Channel leads all networks in live telecasts of PGA Tour events.
