'Gossip Girl' star Chace Crawford gets deal in marijuana case.

“Gossip Girl” star Chace Crawford has cut a deal in his marijuana case in Texas. The 25-year-old actor’s record will be wiped clean if he behaves for one year and performs community service.

Crawford was arrested last June at a pub parking lot in Plano after cops found less than two ounces of marijuana in his possession while inside a car.

If he meets certain requirements for one year, his misdemeanor case will be dismissed and his record will not reflect the charge.

TMZ reports that the conditions include avoiding getting arrested or being engaged in any criminal conduct for a year, performing 24 hours of community service, and reporting to a probation officer once a month.

Crawford is expected to perform his community service in the middle of summer.

Taylor Momsen usually makes headlines for her on-stage antics than her music. But regardless of what reason you’d have to check her out live, she’s heading to your town soon. The “Gossip Girl” star is hitting the road with her band The Pretty Reckless in support of their first full-length album, “Light Me Up.” The album will be released digitally on February 8th. The Pretty Reckless will kick off their tour on February 11th at the El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles, CA. It’ll continue on through March 20th, when they wrap in Hartford, CT. Runner Runner will open for the band. 17-year-old Momsen garnered major attention last year when she flashed her breasts to a crowd while performing on-stage with her band on stage. She was also reportedly suspended from “Gossip Girl” for various reasons. Along with being rock band frontwoman and little Jenny Humphrey, Momsen is also the face of Madonna’s “Material Girl” line for Macy’s and John Galliano’s fragrance “parlez-moi d’amour” (Talk to me about love).

Mrs. Obama was chosen over a list of celebrities in the survey, which asked readers their top choice to walk the red carpet at one of their events in the coming year. The First Lady garnered 25 percent of the votes. Following her is Clinton, who took 13 percent, while Palin got 2 percent at 10th place.
