Garth Brooks Announces New Las Vegas Performance Dates For 2010. Garth Brooks is not leaving Las Vegas this year just yet. He’s lined up new dates for his residency at the Encore Theater for the Fall of 2010. Brooks, who announced his multi-million dollar deal with the Wynn last year, began his first set of shows in December. The deal sees him playing 4 shows a week for 15 weeks a year. The final Brooks dates originally scheduled had him playing August 6th thru the 8th. Now he’s added dates in September, October, November, beginning September 10th thru the 12th, and wrapping up on November 19th thru the 21st. No dates for December or 2011 have yet to be announced. Brooks is currently set to perform at the theater for 5 years. He reportedly flies back out to Oklahoma following his performances, on the Wynn private jet no less, to spend time with his wife and children. Garth Brooks’ concerts at the Wynn’s Encore Theater has yielded sell-out performances and rave reviews. Tickets for the next series of concerts go on sale on Saturday, June 19th at 10am/PT and will run $125 plus fees. Concert times are Fridays at 8 p.m., Saturdays at 8 p.m. & 10:30 p.m. and Sundays at 8 p.m.
