Recharged Radio Awards in April.  Recharged Radio is a cutting edge new music station who support the best new and independent music from all around the UK. There are 15 categories who will receive awards on the night ranging from Best Female to Best Video and from Best Album to even the Best Shoes! Best Photography is also up for grabs and you can submit your choices via the voting page.   There will also be live performances on the night from Projekt, The Scratch, Fake Teak and Fearless Vampire Killers.  Because of this influx of music and people we’ve decided to organise The Recharged Radio awards as a way to point the finger at some (though by no means all!) of the gems on our playlists. With submissions from all over the world, the awards are by no means restricted to the UK only; some of our nominees would have to take some serious time off work to turn up on the night so we feel it’s only right that we have to give them a gong too. So, on the 15th of April at 93 Ft East, we’re going to enjoy making a few of our favourite bands blush and mutter some thanks. However, even though we’ve shortlisted a whole bunch of people, it’s down to the public to actually do the picking – therefore making it a true democracy!      Information can be found out www.rechargedradio.com about the station, presenters, shows and awards.
