Victoria Justice Plays Titular She-Wolf In “The Boy Who Cried Werewolf”. Things are getting a little bit hairy on Nickelodeon. Victoria Justice, star of the #1 Nickelodeon show “Victorious,” is playing a she-wolf in the upcoming television movie, “The Boy Who Cried Werewolf.” Justice, in her first headlining TV movie role, stars as Jordan, an unpopular, allergy-prone teen who sees her family inherit her Great Uncle’s castle in Wolfsberg, Romania. After a freak lab accident, Jordan begins transforming into a werewolf, and, like other teen wolf movies, suddenly becomes more self-confident. Of course, there’s a dangerous side to her new personality. “The Boy Who Cried Werewolf” also stars Brooke Shields, as Madame Varcolac, the Romanian housekeeper who currently cares for Vucovic’s ancient castle and knows plenty of its secrets. The movie also stars Matt Winston (“StarStruck”), Brooke D’Orsay (“Drop Dead Diva”), Steven Grayhm (“The Family Tree”), and Chase Ellison (“Tooth Fairy”). “Our audience will love seeing Victoria in this new role as shrinking-violet-turned-werewolf,” said Marjorie Cohn, President, Original Programming and Development, Nickelodeon. “And Brooke Shields’ turn as the hilariously sinister Madame Varcolac is a wonderful homage to ‘Young Frankenstein”s infamous Frau Blucher. This movie blends mystery, suspense and comedy and serves up a perfect Halloween viewing experience for kids and their parents.” Of course the movie airs on Nickelodeon just in time for Halloween. “The Boy Who Cried Werewolf” premieres Saturday, October 23rd at 8pm ET/PT.
Brooke Shields owes the government thousands of dollars. A federal tax lien filed on December 31 shows that the former “Lipstick Jungle” star and her husband Chris Henchy owe more than $10,000 in back taxes. The “Pretty Baby” actress and the TV and film writer have unpaid taxes of $4,391.70 in 2004 and $5,932.50 in 2005, according to the papers. It is unclear why the government waited four years to remind them of their duties, but as TMZ pointed out, Shields had a rough 2005. It was then that she got into a media war with Tom Cruise over the use of psychiatric drugs for her postpartum depression.
Red carpet, book signings, glam parties & movie premieres have magic in the air, but also perfume! Perfume choices reflect qualities of the celebrity clients who waft them! Every year, perfume designers release new creations & compete for the attention of the public & the stars that intrigue the world. Some are passing favorites, while some classics still rule. Charlize Theron is said to love the magnolia, rose, cinnamon, peachy blend that lifts out of the vanilla & sandalwood bottom notes of Dolce Vita by Christian Dior. An overwhelming classic, no doubt. Kate Hudson, Vanna Bonta & Renee Zellweger love ANGEL perfume, designed by Thierry Mugler. It’s all about essences of honey, chocolate, and caramel and is blended with notes of vanilla, patchouli, and sandalwood … Extremly Intense! Vanna Bonta also loves Eau du Ciel, a subtle interpretation of innocence in rosewood, violet, Florentine iris and lime blossom; “delicate as the shiver of an angel’s wing.” Zents, one of the newest fragrances on the scene & which uses only natural essences, was picked by Charlize Theron, Angelina Jolie & Sharon Stone -to name a few- in preparation for Oscar night! Uma Thurman was the first person ever to receive “Fresh”, heliotrope, linden blossom, cucumber & green apple give the perfume its innocent & pure scent. The line also boasts actress Julia Roberts as a client who loves “Ore”, a deep, spicy and alluring blend of iris, bay laurel, coriander, jasmine, and patchouli. The style is described as fiery and euphoric. Below is just a small list of the celebrity fragrances they carry. Each one is listed buy the celebrities name an which fragrance they were.
