Kesha brings her 'Get Sleazy' World Tour to the UK.

Fresh from selling out her entire US tour in just a few short minutes & conquering Australia earlier this year leaving a shiny trail of glitter & sweat behind in her wake, global pop sensation KE$HA has announced she will bring her ‘Get Sleazy’ World Tour to the UK/Europe this Summer for a series of explosive headline & festival shows throughout June/July.

In the UK, KE$HA will play a series of headline concerts in London, Birmingham & Manchester alongside two appearances at the legendary Glastonbury festival & her first ever performance in Scotland on the Main Stage at T-in The Park. These dates follow on from her triumphant sold out performance at Shepherd’s Bush Empire last December during her first ever European tour. She will also appear at Werchter in Belgium & at the PiP festival in Stockholm.

Tickets for the headline shows go on general sale at 9am Friday 8th April priced at £25.00 LONDON / £22.50 REGIONALLY (subject to a booking fee) and will be available from www.livenation.co.uk.

The LA based four-piece’s third album, ‘Of The Blue Colour Of The Sky’, was recorded in New York under the expert guidance of Dave Fridmann (famed for his work with MGMT and The Flaming Lips) throughout 2009. If we’re going for a pithy comparison, let’s just say it combines the strut of Prince’s ‘Sign Of The Times’ (or better yet, Beck’s ‘Midnight Vultures’) with atmospheric, euphoria-fuelled guitars alá MGMT’s ‘Oracular Spectacular’.
