Eminem To Perform At 2010 MTV Video Music Awards. With more nominations than any other male artist this year, Eminem has been announced as the latest performer to take the stage at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards.
The rapper has performed at the 1999, 2000, and 2002 Video Music Awards. He’ll be hitting the MTV’s VMA stage for the fourth time in his career. Eminem joins Justin Bieber and B.o.B. as performers recently added to this year’s line-up. Also set to perform are Kanye West, Usher, Florence + the Machine, Alicia Keys, Pink, Jay-Z, Katy Perry, Drake, and 30 Seconds to Mars. Among the stars set to present at this years show are Ke$ha, Ashley Greene, Selena Gomez, Nicki Minaj, Emma Stone, Ne-Yo, Penn Badgley, and Trey Songz. Eminem scored eight nominations at this year’s VMA’s, including “Best Male Video,” “Best Hip Hip Video,” and “Video of the Year” for “Not Afraid.” Lady Gaga leads the pack of nominees for this year’s awards, with a record-breaking 13 nominations, including double nods for “Video of the Year.” The 27th Annual MTV Video Music Awards are set to air live from the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday, September 12th at 9pm.
