We want you to send in video clips to appear on rtvchannel.tv so get filming! It might be a clip of you at a gig, concert public event or or a videoclip you just made, or a film of your friends watching your band.

RTV Channel SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

1. By submitting your music video clip for consideration of airplay on RTV Channel you automatically give RTV Channel and the Producers permission to record it onto the program and broadcast it with the program on any television station in the world, and also to allow the Producers to make a copy of your music video clip for possible use in future episodes of RTV Channel and for reference in RTV Channel's library.

2. If your music video clip is accepted for airplay you will also allow us at our discretion to take any still frames from your music video clip and display them on the RTV Channel and RTV Channel websites to promote the particular episode you appear on or to promote RTV Channel in general. You will also allow us to use any part of your music video clip in an RTV Channel program promo for broadcast to promote RTV Channel.

3. A lyric sheet must accompany your music video clip.

4. Your video cannot be any type of advertisement for a business, product or political campaign.

5. As RTV Channel is an support outlet for the promotion of you and your music, there is no fee payable by RTV Channel or RTV Channel Inc. for the dubbing or broadcasting of your music video clip.

Include your bio and any other promotional material, including your latest cd release. Remember to include all your contact details including your email and website address, if applicable.

7. Please note that we do not post back video clips unless you include return postage. So if you don't, we assume that the video shall remain the property of RTV Channel unless other arrangements are made with the Producers to pick up the video.

So if you would like your music video copy back then also send a stamped self-addressed envelope (with enough stamps on it to cover return postage). We do not return other promotional material.

8. After sending your clip, feel free to follow up two weeks later with an email or phone call to make sure your clip was received.

9. We will try and notify you in advance, if possible, of when your clip will appear on RTV Channel, but can make no guarantees.

10. Submission of your music video clip and promotional material does not necessary guarantee exposure on RTV Channel. The final decision of inclusion rests with the Producers and we reserve the right not to include the video on RTV Channel for whatever reason. We also reserve the right to include your music video clip in part or in full, at our discretion.
