Oksana Grigorieva’s former bodyguard and alleged lover says she admitted that she secretly taped Mel Gibson to pressure him to pay her. Kristian Otto Herzog, who has been the Russian singer’s confidant, claims Oksana is a “sexual sorceress.” Herzog, who was privy to Oksana’s meetings with her legal team, is siding with Mel, who obtained a restraining order against him to stay away from his 1-year-old daughter Lucia. He told our source that Oksana confessed to him that Mel never punched her, as she had claimed to authorities. Mel did indeed slap her, but that was it. The admission confirmed Mel’s testimony that he slapped his baby mama because she was shaking Lucia wildly. Oksana, who is currently being investigated for extorting Mel, also apparently admitted that she secretly taped the actor/filmmaker to “pressure Mel to pay her money.” Herzog has been claiming that he had a sexual relationship with Oksana, whom he calls a “sexual sorceress,” though Oksana denies it.
