With the exception of a couple of weeks on last year’s Metallica tour, Viriginia extreme metal dudes Lamb of God were totally absent from the concert stage in 2008. But now that they’ve put the finishing touches on the forthcoming Wrath (their fifth full-length studio album, due out February 24), they’re comin’ to your town (or probably somewhere near it) to help you party down on the No Fear Energy Music Tour.
Also along for the hard and heavy thrill ride will be As I Lay Dying, Children of Bodom, God Forbid and Municipal Waste, making for a shred-fest of rather epic proportions. “I cannot wait to begin the first North American run of the Wrath world tour,” says Lamb of God drummer Chris Adler. “The package we have lined up is guaranteed to leave sore necks and broken eardrums across the country. If you are into metal, there is something here for everyone, this is not a tour to miss. We are working up one hell of a show and can’t wait to play the new material. See you there!” Damn right you will, Chris…
