The supermodel – who in the past has insisted on having 100 cigarettes near her at all times – is reportedly taking action so she and her fiance, The Kills guitarist Jamie Hince, can start a family together. A friend told The Sun newspaper: ‘Kate is aware that she smokes heavily and probably drinks a little too much. So she has been to see a Harley Street therapist to help her break those habits. Jamie is keen to start a family and Kate knows that it would be wise to try and conquer her vices before she gets pregnant again.’ The British fashion icon – who already has a seven-year-old daughter Lila from her relationship with Jefferson Hack – tried to kick her nicotine habit in February 2009, but couldn’t quit permanently. However, her hypnotherapist seems to be having a positive effect on her. The pal said: ‘She’s really been enjoying her sessions and has already begun to see the benefits.
