“Food Wars” Heads To Kansas To Settle Fried Chicken Feud. The Travel Channel is looking to settle a major dispute for once and for all. “Food Wars” and host Camille Ford will head Pittsburg, Kansas to decide who serves the best fried chicken between two rivaling neighbors. Chicken Annie’s and Chicken Mary’s are located on the same street less than one block from each other and both have been claiming to be the fried chicken queen. Ford will once again swoop in to orchestrate a blind taste-test, finally putting to rest a longtime rival.
Fans can continue to follow Ford on her coast-to-coast adventure as she uncovers the country’s ultimate food wars. Pitting the nation’s most iconic eateries in a one-to-one food face off, food lovers can check out family feuds, stolen recipes and ingredient battles.
“Food Wars” will see the two chicken shacks duke it out on episode “Battleground: Kansas” on Tuesday, March 16 at 10 pm ET.
