The 2012 Porsche Spyder is the newest addition to the lineup of luxury cars at DFW Drive Your Dream. The company’s newest luxury sports car is available for the Hour Driving Experience, Speed Tours, and the 2000 Horsepower Tour. It is the only Porsche currently offered by the company.

“We’re really excited about adding the Porsche to our lineup of cars. Fans of Porsche will really want to come in and take a look at this and get signed up for one of our driving tours.” Owner Ron Sturgeon said, “This is the only Porsche we are offering right now but we think that its addition will allow Porsche fans to get behind the wheel of a truly spectacular lineup of exotic cars.”

The 2012 Porsche Spyder is one of the lightest Porsches on the market weighing just over 2,800 lbs. Its 0-60 time is 4.9 seconds and it has firmer suspension compared to earlier Porsche models and it is almost an entire inch lower giving it better handling. The price to drive the 2012 Porsche Spyder for one hour is $299 but the company often runs different specials and promotions for their dream car tours.

“We’re almost always running a special on Groupon or LivingSocial to make our driving tours more available. We’ve ran specials with some of our other cars where people could save over 60% and drive the car they’ve always dreamed of owning,” Sturgeon said. “With the holiday season coming up you can expect us to run some more specials here pretty soon. Plus, it’s really easy to get signed up for a drive and even if you know nothing about the car our trained instructors will guide you and ensure you fully enjoy your experience.”

All of the cars at DFW Drive Your Dream have electronic transmissions that allows the car to operate in both manual and automatic so don’t worry if you can’t shift your way out of a parking space you can still participate in the luxury car driving experience. The tours come with an instructor who gives everyone an overview of the vehicle so they’re more familiar with the handling and other controls for when they start their dream car tour.
