Dr. Conrad Murray’s Legal Defense Expected To Claim Michael Jackson Killed Himself.  Dr. Conrad Murray will claim Michael Jackson killed himself. It has been learned that the King of Pop’s physician will allege the singer gave himself the fatal dose of Propofol as his legal defense.  According to our multiple sources, Murray, who is facing manslaughter charge over the death of the music legend, will say that Jackson was the one who injected himself with the anesthetic. His argument is expected to claim that he gave Jackson 25 mg of Propofol from a 20 ml. bottle to help him sleep. He stayed in the room while the “Thriller” star dozed off but had to leave the room for approximately 2 minutes to use the bathroom.   The defense theory is that while he was away for a short time, Jackson suddenly awakened and, frustrated that he spent nearly 9 hours trying to sleep, took the remaining of the 20 ml. bottle of Propofol and injected the contents through the IV.  When Murray walked back in, he saw Jackson with his eyes open and pupils dilated. He then began administering CPR.    Murray faces up to four years in prison if convicted.
