Camille Grammer seeks primary child custody from ex-wife

At the heart of the divorce between Kelsey and Camille Grammer are two very important people: the couple’s children, Mason and Jude.  Court documents revealed this week show that Camille is fighting for custody of the kids.

The documents note that the respondent (Kelsey) filed paperwork to obtain custody of both children; however, Camille contends that this filing was “not done in good faith and was done in order to create a false impression to the media and to wrongfully disparage Petitioner [Camille] in the media.”

Camille claims that her ex made the move to push for custody as a play for “media attention.”  In response, Camille is asking for primary custody.

Camille’s lawyers, in the documents, explain that it is imperative for the children to stay in the Los Angeles area.  School issues and summer plans such as camp should prevent the kids from leaving L.A.

The hearing for custody is set for the end of June.
